I have been a qualified social worker for over 25 years working in various settings within Children & Families.  I am registered with Social Work England and currently completing Practice Educator qualification.  Being dyslexic has been a challenged but also a  motivation, so I achieved a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Social Sciences.  I strive to continue my professional development.

As a I have firsthand knowledge expertise and understanding the most vulnerable children and adults within our society.  I have worked in Safeguarding, Family Assessment and Children Looked After teams for various Local Authorities.  I thrive to promote the values and foster a humanistic, strength based approach to my work values ethics in all my interventions

As a Social Worker I have  worked with people of all ages, at times in their life when they need support, wrap around, care and protection. Whatever the challenges individuals and families are facing, I have always prided myself build trusting relationships, and to help them make positive changes in their lives.

Recognising societal changes which children and adults face in today’s world can be unprecedented complex worrying and challenging.  I am firm believer that each year, children’s social workers in England support hundreds of thousands of children who do not have a safe and stable home. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling being outdoors and spending time with quality family and friends. maximize their rental income.

My name is Naser , and I hold a degree in Sociology with over 30 years of practical experience working with ethnic minority communities and refugees. Ten years ago, I served as an Operational Manager at a refugee support organization, where I was responsible for client allocation and the coordination of essential services. This role allowed me to apply my leadership and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of community needs, to support individuals and families experiencing displacement and hardship.

Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to community empowerment, inclusion, and sustainable development. As a Community Development Worker, I have led and contributed to a wide range of initiatives—including language training programs, transportation services, and pharmaceutical operations—designed to meet the essential needs of the communities I serve.

In addition to frontline service delivery, I have collaborated with local authorities, NGOs, and public health services to influence policies and practices that improve long-term outcomes for marginalized populations. My work often involves cross-sector partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and culturally sensitive outreach, ensuring that support systems are both accessible and effective.

Driven by a strong belief in equity and social justice, I strive to bridge gaps in service access and advocate for underrepresented voices. I am passionate about building stronger, more inclusive communities where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
